Policy Guidelines:

• 7-Day Exchange: Exchange requests for size or style must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• ⁠3-Day Refund: Refunds are processed within 3 business days following the receipt and quality inspection of the returned item.

Conditions for Acceptance:

• Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• ⁠Refunds are issued via InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or Bank Transfer.
